Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred in business/marketing
- 1-3 years of sales experience, auction industry knowledge a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation abilities with proven track record of meeting targets
- Proficient in CRM software and basic MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Pati region
- Results-oriented mindset with self-discipline for contract work
