Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute sales activities for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and FMCG products to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Visit and service clients located outside of East Java to expand our market reach and maintain strong partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities in the healthcare and FMCG sectors.
- Handle sales factoring and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Provide product training and technical support to clients regarding medication and medical equipment usage.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; preferably in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, specifically in the pharmaceutical, medical equipment, or FMCG industries.
- Familiarity with sales factoring and basic accounting processes is a significant advantage.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel extensively outside of East Java.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
