In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence, engaging with key stakeholders across the industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution sectors.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with warehouse and distribution facility managers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required to visit client sites across the region.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly desirable.
