Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Pulilan and Bulacan territory.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and build brand loyalty.
- Organize and attend local trade fairs and community events to promote company products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required for field visits.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English and local dialects for effective communication with diverse clients.
