Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in Indragiri Hulu region
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Present auction solutions to potential clients and close sales deals
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop regional sales strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure client satisfaction through post-sale support and relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1-2 years sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in B2B environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for field visits
- Resident of Rengat or willing to relocate
- Knowledge of auction industry is advantageous
