Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share for stationery products.
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage customer relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential corporate and retail clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to uphold company standards.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales-focused role.
- Strong understanding of the stationery or office supply market is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet aggressive sales quotas.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to South Caloocan, Metro Manila.
