Join Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation as a Sales Officer (Truck Loans) and drive growth in our commercial vehicle financing division. This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to second-hand truck and car dealers across Ortigas and Subic, promoting our specialized truck loan financing solutions. You'll leverage your sales expertise to build lasting dealer relationships, understand their financing needs, and position our competitive loan products in a dynamic market. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and market truck loan financing services to second-hand truck/car dealers in assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong dealer relationships through regular visits and personalized service
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare and present customized loan proposals aligned with dealer requirements
- Meet/exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing
- Submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years sales experience in automotive, banking, or financial services preferred
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Results-driven mindset with proven sales achievement
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle financing an advantage
