Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in sales with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel within Metro Manila
