BaliSuperHost, the premier villa management company in Bali, is looking for an ambitious Sales Offline Agent to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with potential clients, property owners, and partners to showcase our high-quality vacation rental services.
You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by conducting on-the-ground outreach, building lasting relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential property owners in the Ubud area to offer villa management services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and site inspections with property owners.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales prospects and partners.
- Effectively present the value proposition of BaliSuperHost to prospective clients.
- Negotiate management agreements and ensure all contracts are executed accurately.
- Report weekly on sales activities, market trends, and feedback from the field.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to enhance our service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in offline sales, hospitality, or real estate.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive personality.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep knowledge of the local Ubud market and property landscape.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for field visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
