Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily sales operations to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to track performance metrics, KPIs, and sales targets.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data and sales pipeline information.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports to provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales documentation, quotations, and contracts for clients.
- Resolve sales-related issues or inquiries from internal departments and external partners promptly.
- Support the coordination of promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost product visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling data and contracts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
