- Oversee daily sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate and manage the performance of the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Train and onboard new sales staff to uphold company standards and operational excellence.
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Operations, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPI tracking, and operational procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting).
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Legok, Banten.
