Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily sales administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and inventory documentation with high accuracy.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve inquiries and track order status.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales performance reports and presentations for management review.
  • Monitor sales targets and assist in the preparation of quotations and contracts.
  • Support the logistics and supply chain team regarding order fulfillment and scheduling.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a trading environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
