- Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate sales data and full pipeline visibility.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and team productivity.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between the sales team, marketing, and fulfillment departments.
- Streamline administrative processes and improve overall workflow efficiency to reduce bottlenecks.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of sales contracts, proposals, and necessary documentation.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide timely operational support to the sales force.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, administrative support, or a sales-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
