- Manage incoming sales enquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Drive revenue growth by effectively closing new business opportunities and managing client expectations.
- Coordinate project operations to ensure seamless execution from inception to completion.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve service efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and operational outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Customer Service roles.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes and close deals effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a remote work environment.
- Technical proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
- Must be available to work the evening shift as per company requirements.
