We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Insights & Support Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your analytical prowess to drive sales performance, optimize operational workflows, and provide critical insights that empower our sales teams to exceed targets.
As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, actionable reports, identifying market trends, and recommending process improvements that increase retail efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Design and maintain comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Optimize existing sales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and reduce operational friction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance against budget to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support urgent business requests and market research projects.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts or support staff within the operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Retail Management.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables) and SQL.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
