Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Sales Operations team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to ensure operational excellence
- Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and other sales technologies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales operations with overall business objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Expertise in CRM systems and sales technology platforms
