You will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions to enhance productivity.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and optimize the CRM platform (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and effective lead tracking.
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the sales cycle and reduce administrative friction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Finance departments to ensure cross-functional alignment on goals and lead flow.
  • Administer sales compensation and incentive plans, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new tools, CRM best practices, and operational workflows.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including playbooks and performance dashboards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar analytical role.
  • Expert proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce certification is a significant advantage).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into strategic business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas on a permanent night shift schedule.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
