Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a results-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our sales department, ensuring our systems, data, and processes are optimized to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution. You will manage our sales pipeline, monitor KPIs, and implement tools that empower our sales force to perform at their peak. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to provide accurate business insights for leadership.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and lead tracking.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Finance, to align sales goals with company objectives.
  • Support the sales team with training on systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage sales incentives and commission structures to motivate performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of improving sales team productivity through process automation or system enhancements.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
