Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize sales operations and improve field force productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of SPG teams to ensure alignment with corporate sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Oversee the implementation of regional sales programs, ensuring seamless execution across all retail channels in Bali.
  • Streamline operational workflows to maximize resource allocation and minimize overhead costs.
  • Conduct regular field audits to ensure brand consistency and compliance with promotional standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes and improve customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, or FMCG management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing large field teams or promotional staff.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer goods market landscape.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to evolving business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
