Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team through performance-driven coaching
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Implement operational improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal product availability
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in retail sales management or operations leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in furniture/home goods sector
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in team development and performance management
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
