Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing sales performance? Hexaware Technologies is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to lead our Travel Account operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring that processes are streamlined, data is accurate, and strategies are executed efficiently.

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth, identify process improvements, and provide actionable insights to the sales leadership team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Travel Account, acting as a critical liaison between sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver exceptional results.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end sales operations processes for the Travel Account, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, forecasting models, and resource planning.
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track progress and business health.
  • Streamline administrative workflows and support the sales team with tools and documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance the customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience working within the Travel, Hospitality, or BPO sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
