Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data
- Coordinate with sales teams to align on targets, strategies, and performance metrics
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on performance and trends
- Support the sales process by handling administrative tasks and documentation
- Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Participate in client meetings as required to support the sales team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or administrative support
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in the AI or technology industry is a plus
