TikTok is seeking a motivated, high-achieving Sales Operations Project Intern to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in Singapore. This program is designed for current BS/MS students looking for a high-impact internship starting in 2026.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of sales strategy, data analytics, and operational excellence. You will contribute to mission-critical projects that optimize our advertising ecosystem and support our rapidly scaling sales organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Sales Operations team in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales health metrics.
- Support the design and implementation of automated reporting dashboards for regional leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales trends, client acquisition channels, and operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, and Finance) to streamline GBS internal processes.
- Maintain and improve internal project tracking databases to ensure high data integrity.
- Provide operational support for regional sales enablement programs and training workshops.
- Perform market research to benchmark TikTok’s sales strategies against industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Available for a full-time internship commitment starting in 2026.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Previous internship or project experience in operations, consulting, or data analysis is a plus.
