Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end sales operations process, ensuring seamless workflow from lead generation to closing.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and user adoption across the sales team.
  • Develop and analyze sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to align campaigns, track ROI, and optimize lead qualification and routing processes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Support sales management in territory planning, quota setting, and compensation administration.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Manage sales tools and technology stack, researching and recommending new solutions as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or marketing operations, preferably within a BPO or high-volume sales environment.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and Google Sheets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process optimization.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a significant plus.
