Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility across the sales organization
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking and analysis
- Analyze complex sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Support sales forecasting and pipeline management with accurate data and insights
- Implement sales methodologies and tools to enhance win rates and customer acquisition
- Work with IT to integrate and optimize sales technology solutions
- Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams on CRM and sales tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
