Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and optimize Internal Revenue Operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead Internal Infrastructure Project Management, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
  • Support Client RevOps initiatives by analyzing data and improving sales processes.
  • Manage and maintain sales data within CRM systems, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy.
  • Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose strategic solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to align operational goals.
  • Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or a similar support role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment is a plus.
