Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market share in the automotive sector
- Manage end-to-end vehicle transactions including inspections, documentation, and handovers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trust-building
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
- Participate in recruitment initiatives for walk-in interviews at the Bandar Botanik branch
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year sales/customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Self-motivated individual with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Klang Valley
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
