Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking international clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage end-to-end sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and service agreements, with high attention to detail.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure timely delivery of renewable energy projects and service commitments.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate sales forecasting and lead management.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends within the regional renewable energy sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 equivalent) and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry landscape is highly preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
