Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations processes including order management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment coordination
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop and implement sales reporting dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize territory assignments and quota distributions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales cycle efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Manage and mentor sales operations staff to ensure consistent service delivery
- Conduct periodic audits of sales processes and compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or sales management within automotive industry
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Indonesian automotive market dynamics and sales channels
- Proven track record in process optimization and performance improvement initiatives
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent presentation abilities
