Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily sales operations workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track KPIs and forecast performance.
- Train and mentor junior team members on operational best practices and sales tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
