Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales operations with business objectives
- Train and mentor sales team members on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Monitor sales pipeline and forecast revenue to support business planning and decision-making
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics for leadership review
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and developing sales teams
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices in the Travel and Hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
