Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from inquiry to final delivery verification.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch of food-grade chemical shipments.
- Maintain accurate client databases and sales records using CRM software.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all food-grade quality standards and safety regulations during the order handling process.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing B2B clients to encourage repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, order fulfillment, or customer service, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy.
