Tanggung Jawab
- Process and validate sales orders through CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate with customers to confirm order specifications and delivery requirements
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, and shipping issues
- Maintain accurate order documentation and inventory records
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Generate daily/weekly order status reports for stakeholders
- Act as primary point of contact for order-related customer inquiries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in order processing or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and order management software
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced operational environment
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution experience
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics principles
