Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately through multiple channels (phone, email, in-person)
- Maintain detailed order records and ensure data integrity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
- Resolve order discrepancies and provide proactive customer updates
- Support sales team by processing quotations and maintaining product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to customers
- Generate daily sales reports and analyze order trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational degree in business preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or order processing
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written/spoken)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience with CRM software and order management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
