Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders for chilled products with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate order documentation and customer information records
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure order specifications are fully understood
- Communicate delivery timelines and product availability to customers
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels for assigned product categories
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales/order processing or retail
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic proficiency in order management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of chilled/frozen products advantageous
