Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels, event venues, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion channels for bakery products
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with brand values
- Track sales performance metrics and partnership ROI
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking functions
- Support sales team with market insights and competitive analysis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or partnership management
- Proven track record in B2B relationship building and negotiation
- Strong understanding of Bali's hospitality and tourism market
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in FMCG or foodservice industry preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Valid Indonesian work permit required
