Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers for pawn services through direct sales and relationship building
- Conduct thorough asset valuations and present tailored pawn solutions to meet customer needs
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and optimize sales processes
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Basic knowledge of asset valuation principles or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills are advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
