Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct direct sales outreach to potential customers in Bandung and surrounding areas to drive customer acquisition.
- Present and explain the benefits of Paylater products clearly to potential clients to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospective clients and detailed customer interaction records.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve product offerings based on market feedback.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales or customer acquisition roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of financial products or a strong willingness to learn new financial concepts quickly.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Willingness to work full-time with flexible hours as required by business needs.
