Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients through strategic market analysis and networking
- Present tailored banking solutions to meet client financial needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses
- Achieve monthly sales targets for deposit products and banking services
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for prospective clients
- Collaborate with credit teams to ensure smooth application processing
- Prepare detailed sales reports and track performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in banking sales or financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Deep understanding of banking products and regulations
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel across Kalimantan region
- Professional certification in banking/finance (preferred)
