Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Laguna region.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to prospective clients with confidence and expertise.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with existing and potential accounts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and feedback for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned to support overall team objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally within Calamba and surrounding areas for client meetings.
- A positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
