You'll translate customer feedback into actionable insights, ensuring seamless coordination across departments while optimizing sales processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication between sales, production, supply chain, procurement, QA, R&D, and logistics teams
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements
- Develop and maintain integrated sales plans aligned with production capacity and inventory levels
- Coordinate order fulfillment timelines with logistics and production departments
- Monitor KPIs related to sales performance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with R&D to incorporate market insights into product development
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales planning, operations, or coordination role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data interpretation
- Experience with ERP systems and sales planning software
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse departments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain fundamentals
