Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels align with sales projections.
- Monitor competitor activities and market price fluctuations in the hardware industry.
- Create comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for senior management review.
- Design and implement sales strategies to improve penetration in key market segments.
- Track sales incentives and evaluate the ROI of various marketing and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales planning, business analysis, or sales operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate data into strategic insights for stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail or wholesale environment.
- Experience with ERP or CRM software is highly desirable.
