Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for plastic packaging products.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and key accounts within the target market.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Present product demonstrations and technical proposals to potential clients to showcase the value of our packaging solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product and production teams to align sales strategies with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastics, manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong understanding of plastic packaging materials, production processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
