Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of Mitra10's private brand products through consultative selling techniques
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and feature/benefit presentations
- Exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-3 years proven sales experience in retail or FMCG sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with track record of exceeding targets
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
