Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process customer orders and enter data into sales management systems
- Verify and validate order documentation for completeness and compliance
- Coordinate order fulfillment between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Monitor order status and communicate delivery timelines to stakeholders
- Resolve discrepancies in orders and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction
- Generate and distribute sales reports and fulfillment documentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in order processing or sales support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong data verification skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations is advantageous
