Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Principal's portfolio in Bone, Wonomulyo, and Belopa regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective sales planning
- Organize product demonstrations and promotional events at client locations
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management
- Coordinate logistics for product distribution and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in sales, marketing, or product distribution
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with Sulawesi Selatan market preferred
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for field visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
