AM Group Kitchen Equipment and Supplies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales/Product Specialist – POS & Food Technology Solutions to join our innovative team in Makati City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our cutting‑edge point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and food technology products, delivering solutions that empower restaurants, cafés, and hospitality businesses across the Philippines.

You will work closely with a high‑performing sales team and cross‑functional departments to understand client needs, present tailored demonstrations, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. By building strong relationships with key decision‑makers, you will ensure customer satisfaction and sustained revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for POS and food technology solutions within the Metro Manila region and beyond.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business and upselling of complementary products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials, case studies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer requirements and market demands.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in POS systems, food technology, or hospitality solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Filipino is highly desirable.
