- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across Bali
- Drive product sales through effective in-store promotions and demonstrations
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends
- Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Provide comprehensive product training to retail staff
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics
- Submit detailed sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales or B2B sales environment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network of retail contacts in Bali (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-driven with demonstrated sales achievement
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Valid motorcycle license (essential for store visits)
- Knowledge of building materials industry preferred
