We're seeking a results-driven individual to drive revenue growth while managing end-to-end marketing strategies for our comprehensive portfolio of CCTV systems, access control solutions, smart door locks, barrier gates, and integrated security platforms. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to understand product specifications, develop targeted campaigns, and build client relationships across commercial and industrial sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for CCTV, access control, and security system solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Create compelling marketing materials including product brochures, digital content, and sales presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and end-users
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback for product enhancements
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or security systems industry
- Proven track record in developing B2B sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and IoT security technologies
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
