Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes)
- Promote and sell company products to key accounts in the hospitality sector
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through strategic client engagement
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in HORECA or FMCG sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of Bali's hospitality landscape preferred
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree advantageous
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Result-oriented with customer-first mindset
